খুব সহজেই রেস্টুরেন্ট স্টাইলে ডাব চিংড়ি রেসিপি চিংড়ি মাছ আর ডাব। মূলত দরকার এই দুটো উপকরণই। এর সঙ্গে যোগ হয় কিছু প্রচলিত মশলাপাতি। এতেই তৈরি মনের মতো পদ। চিংড়ি মানেই মুখোরোচক পদের মধ্যে অন্যতম । চিংড়ি মাছের বিভিন্ন রকম পদ আমরা খেয়ে থাকি । তার মধ্যে ডাব চিংড়ি অন‍্যতম । ডাব-চিংড়ির স্বাদু স্বাদ পোলাও, ভাত বা জিরা রাইসের সঙ্গে অনায়াসে খেতে পারেন। আমি যে ভাবে বানিয়েছি আপনাদের যদি ভালো লেগে থাকে তাহলে একবার চেষ্টা করে দেখুন আশাকরি সকলের খুব ভালো লাগবে ।
