Spicy chilli chicken Recipe
Chilli chicken is most popular an indo chinese version of making chicken which has become quite popular in India found both in restaurants and street side stalls. No visit to Calcutta's Chinatowns (especially Tangra) is complete without an order of chilli chicken. The dry chilli chicken works as a snack, appetizer as well as a side. The gravy chilli chicken is more popular as a side to either chowmein or with fried rice. I have made exactly the street food version of the recipe which is more than delicious and something that can be made at home.

Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tsp
Chopped Garlic 1 Tsp or Ginger Garlic powder
Onion 1 Big Size
Black Paper Powder 1 Tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 Tsp
corn flour 2.5 Tbsp
maida 1.5 tbsp
Tomato Sauce 2 tbsp
Green Chilli Sauce 1 Tbsp
Soya Souce 2 Tsp
Egg 1
Kashmiri Red chilli Powder 1 Tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
